Mr. Ajay Sharma has been the Chief Architect for Re-positioning, Re-Inventing, Re-Energizing and Transforming Swingtel from a Service led Organization to a Technology Enterprise. Ajay has been responsible for driving the Group’s strategic process of identifying, evaluating and integrating Organic and Inorganic business growth options, partnerships and alliances. He has been driving the company’s marketing, brand building, and diversification programs for more than 14 years and helping Swingtel move up the value chain in a shorter span of time.

Ajay drives Marketing & Business Development Programmes through Technology Design & Adaptation initiatives. Ajay plays a critical role in strategic and corporate planning, catalyzing long-term growth, profitability and industry leadership for the organization. Ajay has to his credit more than 25 years of professional experience, spanning across IT, Consulting, SCM, Manufacturing, Design & Distribution, where he has held several Progressive Senior and Leadership position, proving his mettle in domestic as well as International market. Wide and Rich experience in Global Consulting & Sys Integration companies like Datamatics, Hexaware, & Ashtech helped Ajay design strategy to evolve Swingtel from a pure Distribution & Manufacturing Player to being a sought after Technology-Solution Partner of choice.

Ajay’s professional training and experience on Server Domain Systems, Semiconductors & System Integration along with vast exposure to International Business help him fuse technology to best business practices at work increases productivity, improve optimization and increase efficiency. Mr Gurpreet Singh Sethi is an Eminent Technologist, shaping the Innovation Roadmap for Swingtel group. With More than 20 Years of hardcore experience, Gurpreet brings to table, technology excellence, that is rich with multi platform expertise and evolving with the dynamic needs and challenges of the various application segments and opportunities.

Gurpreet heads the Technology and Product Development hub and is shaping the future design strategies and methodology to build a formidable Innovation team. A Hardcore Design and Development Professional, Gurpreet comes with commendable work experience, having played critical roles with esteemed organizations like Philips group, Osram and Compact Lamps. Gurpreet‘s rich exposure in Lighting, Automotive and Power Management helps him design the new age smart management products and systems with much more ease delivering value for customers, both in value and time.

Gurpreet has to his credit several rewards and accolades for Innovation, Design and Technology Support earned for immense contribution in various challenging assignments. Gurpreet has a penchant for identifying, grooming and nurturing talent and plays a key role as a motivation leader inspiring, training and creating the best in class professionals. Gurpreet is building the Development Centre Structure, helping integrate the design labs and capabilities with the Geographic support system, to be able to cater to domestic as well as export opportunities across Business Segments

Ms. Tasneem has been an extremely active force and a strong catalyst shaping Swingtel’s CSR action plan . A dynamic and talented personality she has been the gentle and caring face of Swingtel’s Socially Beneficial Programmes and Human Resource Management /Education.

Swingtel CSR objective is very focused and driven by the concept of “Good Company, Good People, Good environment.” Tasneem is helping keep the flag high with socially relevant contributions and responsible programs that enhance the company’s brand image, brand value, educates the workforce on social and environmental responsibilities and also helps creates a righteous, responsible, cleaner society.

Professionally qualified with her Master’s Degree, Tasneem is a Gold Medalist and a Registered Audiologist and Speech Language Patholigist who has used her skill sets to help take her passion and Swingtel’s compassion towards the next level.

In her 10 years of experience, She has integrated socially effective, relevant programs and practices into corporate business model. She has worked very hard to create social awareness in multi culture environment  and build an ethical work ethos respecting equal opportunties for all.

She has led Swingel’s contribution and sponsorship program’s, in  promotion, education and treatment  camps dealing with stuttering, voice problems, swallowing problems, hearing testing and hearing aid fitting for both children and adults.

She has help establish a dedicated Lab under the Spectrum Speech & Hearing banner which functions in the assessment and management of various speech and language related disorders. The lab caters to people with needs such as ADHD and Autism. The Lab helps underprivileged hearing impaired individuals with affordable hearing devices under  Swingtel’s Smile Sponsorship Program
